Located in Newport, the Kalinya Street project is a full-scope renovation for a family home, spanning kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and all interior finishes and furnishings.

Led by Suby Studio from concept through to execution, the project involved detailed specification of all materials and finishes - including stone bench tops, natural stone bathrooms, custom timber vanities, tiles, fixtures and fittings - alongside coordination with the builder and joiner to ensure a seamless outcome.

Drawing on a relaxed coastal sensibility, the interiors balance practicality with beauty. Layered textures, tactile materials and considered detailing - from textured splash back tiles to custom joinery - create a home that feels warm, grounded and effortlessly liveable.
